OUR HEALTH GUARANTEE

We understand that a Siberian Husky or Pomsky puppy is more than just a pet—they are a cherished member of your family. While we believe no puppy can truly replace another, we do understand that the comfort and companionship of a new furry friend can help ease the loss of one. In the rare event that your Siberian Husky or Pomsky puppy passes away within 12 months due to genetic issues, or if they are diagnosed with congenital or hereditary disorders that negatively impact their health within the first year, we will replace your puppy with one of equal value at no cost to you. The cause of death must be certified by a licensed veterinarian. Should the unfortunate event occur after two years of adoption, we will issue a credit for 70% of the original purchase price toward the acquisition of another puppy of equivalent value. Again, the cause must be confirmed by a licensed veterinarian.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

There’s nothing more fulfilling than knowing we’ve placed a healthy, happy puppy in your home. To ensure your new Siberian Husky or Pomsky remains in optimal health, we ask for your cooperation with a few simple steps:

  • Send us a copy of the veterinary examination (medical record) within 2 business days of receiving your puppy. The exam must be conducted by a licensed veterinarian.

  • Your puppy will arrive with up-to-date vaccinations, so please avoid vaccinating within the first ten days of bringing your puppy home.

  • Continue regular veterinary care and vaccinations as recommended, and provide proper de-worming and health maintenance for your puppy up to 9 weeks of age, or as advised by your vet.

EXCEPTIONS TO OUR GUARANTEE:

While we stand by the health and well-being of our Siberian Husky and Pomsky puppies, there are a few important exceptions to our guarantee:

  • We cannot guarantee the specific temperament, personality, size, weight, color, or markings of your puppy.

  • No replacements will be offered if your puppy is diagnosed with a condition known to be common in certain breeds, like hip dysplasia, due to being over-weight or improper care.

  • Failure to provide your puppy with timely vaccinations, proper de-worming, and routine veterinary care will void this guarantee.

  • This guarantee does not cover any expenses for spaying or neutering, including undescended testes.

We are committed to ensuring your new Siberian Husky or Pomsky puppy grows into a happy, healthy companion. If you ever need support or have concerns, don’t hesitate to reach out!
